Mr. S.P. Singh Oberoi founded Apex in 1993 to supply the piling and foundation trade, and built it into a contractor that now executes the work itself.

With a vision to provide full support to professional engineering services, Apex started trading in 1993 as a stockist and distributor of products serving piling and foundation contractors.
That range has grown into a specialised catalogue covering pumps, engines, piling and anchoring equipment and accessories — consistently offering the latest technology for the piling, anchoring and dewatering fields.
In 1995, the group moved into contracting as Apex International Construction & Land Dewatering L.L.C., and in July 2004 land dewatering was added to the licence. Recognising the opportunity around us, we made a strategic decision to expand beyond traditional boundaries into the neighbouring markets of the Middle East.
